I really am enjoying my new chair! It's doing exactly what you described! I had a chair that didn't pump up enough, so I am very excited about this one! The quality of the chair is great! I have to make sure to tell my clients that are a little heavier(over 300lb), not to lean too hard, or the chair will move. Other than that; so far, so good!
