United StatesNot good! These chairs were a waste of money... they are Beautiful but just not functional, my stylist under 5'4 cannot use them. There chairs literally sit in top of the pump. Free shipping is great, unless you have to return.... 300. 00 to ship back plus a25% restocking fee...... very disappointed, in the chair and salon guys
